Each pepper is organicly grown in Rutland, Vermont. The smoked brands are my jalapenos smoked in
a smokehouse with apple wood.

It all started with a small garden and the challenge of growing chile peppers in the suthwest section in the city of Rutland, Vermont—affectionately known as "The GUT".

Dispite a lot of trial and error, a short growing season, and the forces of nature, I was successful.

I wanted to make a salsa with my own personal touch. A thick, chunky garden style salsa that wouldn't fall off of the chip, and have a full burst of flavor with every bite. Once you try my salsa, you will see that I was successful!
